Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) comparing Zonisamide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-5 total symptom severity at 7 weeks, Fear-potentiated startle responses at 7 weeks and 1 more. Planned start Mar 2019; status: withdrawn.
