Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of clopidogrel in ischemic stroke, sponsored by Zealand University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Number of patients who has clopidogrel High on-Treatment Platelet Reactivity (HTPR) at 7 days, Number of patients who are carriers of CYP2C19 loss-of-function alleles at 1 day and 1 more.
