Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of donepezil transdermal patch in Alzheimer's disease (AD) (2 arms), sponsored by Corium. Primary endpoints: Mean Cumulative Skin Irritation Score of Donepezil Corplex TDS (Induction Phase) at 21 days, Number of Subjects with Skin sensitization potential of Corplex TDS (Challenge Phase) at 5 days and 1 more.
