Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of ferric carboxymaltose in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and iron deficiency anemia (IDA) (2 arms), sponsored by INCLIVA Biomedical Research Institute. Primary endpoints: Changes in myocardial iron content assessed by CMR T2* at 30 days and Changes in myocardial iron content assessed by CMR T1-mapping at 30 days. Started May 2017; status: completed.
