Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of aminopterin in psoriasis (2 arms), sponsored by Syntrix Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Subjects With >=75% Reduction in Baseline Psoriasis Area and Severity Index at 98 days and Success (Score of 0 or 1) in Static Physician Global Assessment at 98 days.
