Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of O-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl)-L-tyrosine in brain tumor, sponsored by University of Alabama at Birmingham. Primary endpoints: Percentage of patients whose surgical plan change with FET-PET/MRI compared to MRI alone at 2 years and Percentage of patients who have residual tumor after surgery detected with FET-PET/MRI at 2 years.
