Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of DPA-714 in Parkinson's disease (PD) (4 cohorts), sponsored by University of Alabama at Birmingham. Primary endpoints: Comparison of TSPO-PET measures of neuroinflammation between PD patients and healthy controls at 2 years and Correlation of DPA-714-PET/MRI with demographics, clinical and biospecimen assessments at 2 years.
