Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine in pneumococcal disease, sponsored by KEMRI-Wellcome Trust Research Programme. Primary endpoints: Time to reach the response threshold in IgG concentration to serotypes 1, 6B, 14, 19F and 23F at Day 28 and Proportional IgG Response to serotypes 1, 6B, 14, 19F and 23F within 7 days.
