Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of (R)-alpha lipoic acid in multiple sclerosis (MS) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Comparison of oral tolerance between R-LA and racemic LA at 3 weeks and Comparison of serum bioavailability as measured by Area Under the Curve (0-infinity) at 3 weeks.
