Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of Hyperpolarized Pyruvate (13C) Injection + Gadolinium and hyperpolarized [2-13C] pyruvate in traumatic brain injury (TBI) (2 arms), sponsored by UT Southwestern Medical Center. Primary endpoint: [1-13C]lactate-to-H13CO3- ratio or [2-13C]lactate-to-[5-13C]glutamate ratio at 3 hours. Started Jun 2018; status: enrolling by invitation.
