Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Post-traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA) comparing Tranexamic Acid with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Synovial fluid Interleukin-1 at Day 5 and Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score at 6 months. Started Aug 2019; status: recruiting.
