Overview
Phase 2, randomised, single-blind trial of nOPV2 in poliomyelitis (2 arms), sponsored by Fighting Infectious Diseases in Emerging Countries. Primary endpoints: Serious Adverse Reactions (SARs), Severe Adverse Events (AEs) and Important Medical Reactions (IMRs) Incidence at 6 months and Single Dose Seroprotection Rate at 2 months.
