Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) comparing Active Drug (Sulfasalazine) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Reduction in Mean Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) at 22 weeks and Normalization of ALP below the upper limit of normal at 22 weeks. Started Jul 2018; status: completed.
