Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of GSK3039294 in systemic amyloidosis (8 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Number of subjects with benign arrhythmic events measured by Holter Electrocardiogram up to 44 days, Number of subjects with benign arrhythmic events as measured by cardiac telemetry up to 38 days and 6 more. Planned start Jul 2018; status: withdrawn.
