Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in sleep-wake disorders comparing Carvedilol first with Placebo first (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in fMRI-detected glymphatic flow in wakefulness and sleep at baseline at 1 day, fMRI-detected glymphatic flow in baseline sleep vs sleep-deprived sleep at 5 days and 8 more.
