Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of alpha/beta T-cell depleted peripheral blood stem cells in Inherited bone marrow failure syndromes (IBMFS), Fanconi anemia (FA) and Telomere Biology Disorder (TBD) (5 arms), sponsored by Masonic Cancer Center. Primary endpoint: Grade II-IV acute graft versus host disease at Day 100. Started Nov 2018; status: recruiting.
