Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of DKK1 dendritic cell vaccine in Monoclonal gammopathy (MG), smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM) and multiple myeloma (MM), sponsored by Case Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoint: Number of patients with dose limiting toxicity up to 1 year. Planned start Dec 2023; status: withdrawn.
