Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of savolitinib in medulloblastoma, glioma, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and 1 more, sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Maximum Tolerated Dose and Recommended Phase II Dose at 30 days and Number of Patients Who Experienced Dose Limiting Toxicities at 30 days.
