Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of nivolumab and ipilimumab in esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (4 arms), sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Pathologic complete response up to 5 weeks and Disease-free survival up to 7 years. Started May 2019; status: suspended.
