Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of MDR-102 in kidney transplant rejection (3 arms), sponsored by Medeor Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Achievement of persistent mixed chimerism and withdrawal of at least one Immunosuppression drug at 6 months and Proportion of subjects achieving immune quiescence at 24 months. Planned start Dec 2024; status: withdrawn.
