Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of venetoclax in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and 1 more. Primary endpoints: Maximum Tolerated Dose of Venetoclax with Busulfan and Fludarabine at 37 days, Maximum Tolerated Dose of Venetoclax with Azacitidine as Maintenance Therapy at 28 days and 1 more.
