Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of celecoxib in actinic keratosis (AK) (4 arms), sponsored by Wright State University. Primary endpoints: Changes in Photodynamic Therapy (PDT)-Induced Systemic Immunosuppression From Baseline With Celecoxib Treatment at Day 7 and Change From Baseline in the Number of Actinic Keratosis at 12 months.
