Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in heart transplant rejection comparing Tocilizumab + Standard of Care Triple IS with Placebo + Standard of Care Triple IS (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of Participants Positive for Event of dnDSA, ACR, AMR, Hemodynamic Compromise, Death or Re-Transplantation at 12 months. Started Dec 2018; status: completed.
