Randomised, open-label trial of Cisplatin micelle injection (HA132) in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Hearing related quality of life (QOL) at 1 year, Incidence of > Grade 2 hearing loss at 1 year and 1 more. Started Nov 2018; status: recruiting.
