Overview
Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial in chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA) comparing Itraconazole & inhaled placebo with Itraconazole & inhaled Ambisome (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Composite efficacy criterion defined by the association of clinical improvement/stability and radiological improvement at 6 months. Started Dec 2018; status: recruiting.
