Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of luspatercept in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) (2 arms), sponsored by Celgene Corporation. Primary endpoint: Percentage of Participants With Red Blood Cell Transfusion Independence (RBC-TI) for 12 Weeks With a Mean Hemoglobin Increase >= 1.5 g/dL at 24 weeks.
