Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of [1-13C]pyruvate in breast cancer (2 arms), sponsored by UT Southwestern Medical Center. Primary endpoint: Detect subclinical anthracycline induced cardiotoxicity using hyperpolarized carbon-13 pyruvate at 4 years. Started Jul 2018; status: completed.
