Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of botulinum toxin type A in knee osteoarthritis (OA) (3 arms), sponsored by Université Catholique de Lille. Primary endpoint: Assessment of vascularization by dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) according to the % Area Under the Curve (AUC) of perfusion value at 1 month. Planned start Sep 2019; status: withdrawn.
