Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of BSG-001 in malignant pleural effusion (MPE) and malignant ascites, sponsored by Biosyngen. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious AEs at 12 weeks and Change in fluid volume of Malignant Pleural Effusion and/or Malignant Ascites up to 6 months.
