Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of polyvalent human immunoglobulin in bronchiectasis and Immunoglobulin G subclass 2 deficiency (IgG2D) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Edinburgh. Primary endpoints: Change in sputum bacterial load at 52 weeks and Proportion with bacterial load >=10(6) colony forming units/ml at 52 weeks. Planned start Aug 2022; status: withdrawn.
