Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) comparing Donepezil + MK-4334 with Donepezil + Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of Participants Experiencing an Adverse Event up to 42 days and Number of Participants Discontinuing Study Treatment due to an Adverse Event up to 14 days. Planned start Sep 2019; status: withdrawn.
