Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in nasal polyposis comparing OPN-375 186 μg BID with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in nasal congestion/obstruction symptoms at 4 weeks and Mean change from baseline in total polyp grade at 16 weeks. Started Dec 2018; status: completed.
