Phase 1, randomised trial of aflibercept in open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (PXG) (2 arms), sponsored by Medical University of Lublin. Primary endpoints: Effectiveness of aflibercept and mitomycin on the morphology of the bleb at 1 year and Effectiveness of aflibercept and mitomycin on the function of the bleb at 1 year.
