Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of tranexamic acid (2 arms), sponsored by Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Primary endpoints: Perioperative allogeneic RBC transfusion rate and Composite rate of renal dysfunction, myocardial infarction, stroke, seizure, deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and all-cause mortality at 30 days.
