Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of fasudil in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) (3 arms), sponsored by Universitätsmedizin Göttingen. Primary endpoints: Safety (proportion of patients without treatment-related serious adverse events) at 180 days and Tolerability (proportion of patients without significant drug intolerance) at 180 days.
