Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of dabrafenib + trametinib and trametinib in Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD), sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Clinical response rate at 48 weeks and Incidence of toxicities at 48 weeks. Planned start Jan 2019; status: withdrawn.
