Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of rivogenlecleucel in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and 7 more, sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Global incidence of grade II-IV acute graft versus host disease (GVHD) requiring rimiducid treatment at 1 year and Dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) of BPX-501 at 56 days. Planned start Jan 2020; status: withdrawn.
