Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of h5n1 pisv in influenza A virus H5N1 subtype infection (H5N1) (2 cohorts), sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoint: Fold Rise in Titer of Anti-group 1 Stalk-antibodies in Recipients of the Pandemic Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccines (pLAIVs) (H2N2, H6N1 and H9N2) Compared to the Control pLAIV-naïve Cohort at Day 28.
