Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of stiripentol in Primary hyperoxaluria (PH), sponsored by Biocodex. Primary endpoints: Relative variation (%) of the molar ratio [oxaluria / creatinuria] between baseline and after two weeks of treatment at 2 weeks and Relative variation (%) of the molar ratio [oxaluria / creatinuria] between baseline and after three weeks of treatment at 3 weeks.
