Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of apomorphine in Parkinson's disease (PD) (8 arms), sponsored by Alexza Pharmaceuticals Inc. Primary endpoints: Relative bioavailability of inhaled Staccato apomorphine dose compared to the subcutaneous administration at 24 hours and Dose Proportionality by Power Analysis of AUCinf at 24 hours.
