Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of treprostinil in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Primary endpoints: Assessment of Treprostinil effects on right ventricular structure and function using echocardiography at 24 months and Assessment of Treprostinil effects on right ventricular structure and function using Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (CMR) at 24 months. Started May 2019; status: recruiting.
