Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in neurotrophic keratitis (NK) comparing rhNGF 20 μg/mL with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of Treatment Emergent Adverse Events (TEAEs) at Day 42 and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) Ocular Tolerability Score at Day 16. Started Mar 2018; status: completed.
