Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in treatment-resistant depression (TRD) comparing Esketamine + Oral Antidepressants with Placebo + Oral Antidepressants (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of Participants with Remission as Assessed by the Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale at 8 weeks. Planned start Dec 2019; status: withdrawn.
