Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in mitochondrial encephalomyopathy lactic acidosis and stroke-like episodes (MELAS), Alzheimer's disease (AD) and schizophrenia comparing IW-6463 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of subjects with treatment-emergent adverse events after single ascending doses up to 9 days, Number of subjects with treatment-emergent adverse events after multiple ascending doses up to 32 days and 2 more.
