Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of rituximab + hyaluronidase human in Burkitt lymphoma (BL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and multicentric Castleman disease (MCD) (4 arms), sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events at 12 months and Number of participants that result in sufficient pharmacodynamic criteria at 12 months.
