Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of gemcitabine in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC), sponsored by Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Feasibility as determined by technical success of Pancreatic Retrograde Venous Infusion (PRVI) at 30 days and Safety as measured by number of participants with Grade 3, 4, and 5 toxicities at 30 days. Planned start Jul 2019; status: withdrawn.
