Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in giant cell arteritis (GCA) comparing Tocilizumab group with Methotrexate group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of patients alive without relapse after initial remission or deviation from the scheduled regimen of prednisone at 78 weeks. Started Jan 2020; status: completed.
