Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in secondary-progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS) and primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) comparing Simvastatin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Effect on Cerebral Blood Flow in White Matter, Gray Matter, Deep White Matter, Deep Gray Matter, and Thalamus at 16 weeks and AOSLO Measurements of Blood Flow at 16 weeks. Started May 2019; status: completed.
