Overview
Phase 2, randomised, single-blind trial of urea + lactic acid in atopic dermatitis (AD) (4 arms), sponsored by ACO. Primary endpoints: Skin Barrier Strengthening Effect by Measurement of Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL) Before and After Induction of Skin Irritation at Day 31, Skin Barrier Strengthening Effect by Measurement of Skin Redness Before and After Induction of Skin Irritation as Assessed by the Erythema Index at Day 31 and 2 more.
