Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of niraparib, capivasertib, carboplatin and darolutamide in prostate cancer (PCa) and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (8 arms), sponsored by Karolinska Institutet. Primary endpoints: Progression-Free Survival in mCRPC up to 60 months and Progression-Free Survival in mHSPC up to 60 months. Started Feb 2019; status: recruiting.
